Using Outgrown

Outgrown is provided by Outgrown. These terms cover the website and Outgrown services. Use the app only with music and accounts you are authorized to access, and follow applicable laws and Apple’s terms. Questions can be sent to support@outgrownmusic.com.

Apple services and app license

Outgrown is an independent app and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple. Apple Music, MusicKit, and the App Store are provided by Apple under their own terms. Music availability and playback depend on Apple’s services and your account entitlements.

Unless a separate app license is supplied with the App Store listing, the app is licensed under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These website terms do not replace that license.

Your library and decisions

Removing a track excludes it from Outgrown rotation; it does not delete the original from Apple Music. Your actions may create or update the managed Removed and Favorites playlists in Apple Music. Local choices and Apple playlist updates can differ while synchronization is pending or unsuccessful.

Keep any backups you need. Local records may be lost if you delete the app, reset your device, or lose access to its storage. We do not promise restoration of local records.

Availability and responsible use

Features may change, and playback or syncing can be interrupted by network conditions, Apple service changes, or device limitations. Do not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, bypass access restrictions, or use it to infringe others’ rights. Music and artwork remain the property of their respective owners.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer protections. Any app licensing, warranty, or liability provisions in the applicable App Store license remain subject to those rights.

Privacy, changes, and contact
